1) Who We Are

• Entity: TECHZNANIE INNOVERSITY PRIVATE LIMITED (“TechZnanie”), a private company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Registered office: UG9, First Floor, DSL ABACUS IT PARK, IDA Uppal, Hyderabad – 500039, Telangana, India.
• What we do: We build and operate digital learning platforms and industry-aligned training programmes, including curriculum, LMS, assessments and certification, and provide placement enablement through our employer network.
• Authorised enrolment & payments: Enrolments and fee collection happen only via TechZnanie’s official CRM/LMS and authorised payment gateways; partners are not authorised to collect fees on our behalf.

2) Scope & Acceptance

These Terms govern your use of our websites, mobile apps, learning management system, admissions/CRM flows, assessments, cohorts, placement-enablement, communications, and any other Services we identify. You accept these Terms by creating an account, clicking “I agree”, paying fees, or using any part of the Services.

3) Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older, or use the Services under verifiable parental/guardian consent for minors.
• You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate and will be kept updated.

4) Accounts & Security

• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you promptly report unauthorised use.
• We may require KYC verification where necessary and as permitted by law.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

5) Programmes, Content & Certificates

• No employment guarantee; placement support is on a best-efforts basis.
• Sessions may be recorded for quality assurance.
• Course outlines and assessments may change with reasonable notice.

6) Permitted Use & Conduct

You agree not to misuse the platform, distribute materials unlawfully, or engage in harassment, academic misconduct, or network interference.

7) Fees, Payments & Taxes

• All fees must be paid through TechZnanie’s authorised gateways.
• Prices exclude taxes (e.g., GST).
• Receipts and invoices are issued via official systems.

8) Refunds, Cancellations & Deferrals

9) Intellectual Property

All content is the property of TechZnanie or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence for personal educational use.

10) Third-Party Services & Links

We integrate with third-party tools like conferencing, IDEs, and payment gateways. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

11) Data Protection & Privacy

Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and Indian data protection law.

12) Communications & Marketing

You consent to receive service/transactional messages and can manage marketing preferences via settings or by contacting us.

13) Warranties & Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.

14) Limitation of Liability

Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.

15) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechZnanie and its officers, employees, and agents from claims or damages arising from your breach or misuse.

16) Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches, fraud, or non-payment. Certain provisions survive termination.

17) Changes to Services & Terms

We may modify the Services or these Terms with notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

18) Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.

20) Miscellaneous

• Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays due to events beyond our control.
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remains valid.
• No assignment without consent; notices sent via registered contact details.
• These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement.

Short Consumer Summary

• Pay only through official TechZnanie gateways.
• Standard refunds: 80% (≤7 days pre-start), 60% (Days 1–7), 30% (Days 8–14), 0% (after Day 14).
• No job guarantee; placement is best-efforts.
• Disputes: Arbitration in Hyderabad under Indian law.
