TECHZNANIE INNOVERSITY PRIVATE LIMITED ("TechZnanie", "we", "our"). This Policy explains how learners can request a refund, cancellation, or deferral for TechZnanie-branded programmes delivered via our websites, LMS, mobile apps, and authorised training centre partners.

• Who: Individual learners (or parents/guardians for minors) who enrol directly with TechZnanie.
• What: TechZnanie-branded programmes and bootcamps (online/offline/blended).
• Not covered: Corporate/CSR-sponsored seats, third-party marketplace purchases, or non-TechZnanie programmes delivered independently by a partner. Such cases follow the sponsor’s or marketplace’s policy.
• Batch Start Date: The published start date of your cohort.
• Net Realised Fees (NRF): Gross fees actually received by TechZnanie minus GST, payment gateway charges, chargebacks, refunds, and statutory deductions. Refunds are calculated on NRF.
• Active Learner: A learner who has attended at least one live session or accessed LMS content after the Batch Start Date.
• Deferral: A one-time move to a later cohort of the same programme under the terms below.
• Standard Programme Fee (Domain tracks): ₹21,999 (exclusive of applicable GST) unless otherwise stated on the programme page or offer letter.
Unless a specific programme policy states otherwise, the following applies:
Pre-course: Within 7 days of payment and before Batch Start Date → 80% of NRF refunded (processing & admin retained).
Early window: Day 1–7 from Batch Start Date → 60% of NRF refunded; access revoked on approval.
Mid window: Day 8–14 → 30% of NRF refunded; case-by-case (learning hours/kit usage considered).
Late window: After Day 14 → 0% refund; see Deferral.
Deferral: Up to 1 cohort cycle → ₹1,000 admin fee (one-time only).
Important: Training Centres are not authorised to collect or refund fees for TechZnanie-branded programmes. All payments and refunds are processed by TechZnanie via its authorised gateways only.
• Duplicate payment / payment error: 100% reversal after verification.
• Transaction failure: Auto-reversal or manual reversal upon proof.
• Programme cancelled by TechZnanie: 100% NRF refund or free deferral.
• Schedule/content change causing inability to attend: proportionate refund or deferral with evidence.
• Medical emergency / bereavement: case-by-case with proof.
• Misconduct/cheating/ToS breach: no refund.
• Hardware/learning kits: must be returned unused (or charged at cost) for refunds beyond the early window.
• If paid via EMI/loan, refunds are processed to the original merchant transaction; settlement with your lender is between you and the lender.
• For no-cost EMI, bank subvention arrangements do not change the refund amount.
• Wallets/UPI/cards: refunds follow the issuing bank’s timelines after approval.
• Refunds are inclusive of applicable taxes in the same proportion as the original charge.
• Credit notes will be issued where required.
• If TDS or statutory deduction applied, refunds are made net of such deduction with evidence provided.
1. Email support@techznanieinnoversity.com (subject: Refund / Deferral) or raise a ticket via LMS.
2. Provide name, registered email/phone, programme, batch, payment reference, reason, and evidence (if applicable).
3. Return any physical learning kit when requested.
4. Timelines: acknowledgement within 48 business hours; decision within 7 business days of complete details. Bank/gateway credit follows standard timelines.
• Request within 14 days of Batch Start Date (or later only for documented hardship).
• Move to the next available cohort of the same programme within 6 months.
• Fees: ₹1,000 admin fee. Price protection applies within 6 months.
• After a deferral, you are ineligible for a refund; standard attendance and assessment rules apply in the new cohort.
• Refunds are computed on NRF net of discounts/scholarships availed.
• Promotional vouchers/freebies are void on refund or must be returned.
• Corporate/CSR sponsorships follow sponsor terms.
We may request reasonable ID/address proof, payment proof, or other supporting documents to prevent misuse and ensure accurate processing.
Refund/deferral processing involves personal data such as identity, contact, payment, and programme details. We handle this per our Privacy Policy. You can exercise rights via privacy@techznanieinnoversity.com.

We may update this Policy for legal or operational reasons. Material updates will be notified via email or in-product notice. This Policy is governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to Hyderabad, Telangana jurisdiction.
• Refunds depend on when you apply: 80% ≤7 days pre-start; 60% Days 1–7; 30% Days 8–14; 0% after Day 14.
• One deferral allowed (₹1,000) within 6 months.
• Payments and refunds only via TechZnanie’s official gateways.
• Duplicate/failed transactions are fully reversed.
• Programme cancelled by TechZnanie → 100% NRF back or free deferral.
Fee paid: ₹21,999 + GST; deductions total ₹500 → NRF = ₹21,499.
Cancel on Day 5 → refund = 60% × ₹21,499 = ₹12,899.40 (inclusive of taxes), credited to the original payment method once approved.
